The PenCraft Book Awards have implemented a new Seasonal Book Award to complement their Annual PenCraft Book Award Competition. Secure your tickets for the 9th Annual PenCraft Book Awards ceremony and seminars with a deposit to lock in your tickets. By placing a $125 deposit now, you'll lock in your ticket to the 9th Annual PenCraft Book Award Event in Las Vegas. The remaining $125.00 balance is due before April 1, 2026.
Your tickets cover breakfast, lunch, and our awards dinner at the April 27, 2026 event. This includes the 19% gratuity added by the casino, all seminar materials, your winner's plaque and medallion, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Please let us know what name you would like engraved on the author's plaque. We ask because some authors use a pen name but prefer their real name for the award.
We would also like to have this information from you as soon as possible:
A short bio of you and a description of your book (no more than 175 words) for our event brochure
A photograph of the author to be used in our brochure and for a video we make about the attendees and their winning book/s
We would also love to have a short audio recording (2 to 4 minutes long) from the author about their book to play in the background while their book is displayed in our videos about the winners. (optional but well worth it for promotions)

For our Annual Award Brochure, we also require a short biography of 150 words or less. This bio should provide some insight into you as an author and a little about your book.
In addition, we would like to have some pictures that represent you for our annual video, which showcases all the participating authors. The pictures you provide should be the kind that gives our audience a glimpse into your personality and who you are beyond your writing.
This video will run on a continuous loop during the breakfast and lunch hour at the event. To accompany the visuals, we do need a brief description for each picture explaining what we are viewing. While there is no narration during the video, we will add these descriptions as captions to provide context for the audience.
After the event, we would be happy to provide you with a complimentary copy of the finished video for your own use.

The 8th PenCraft Book Awards for Literary Excellence took place on April 28, 2025, at the iconic Binion's Gambling Hall & Casino in Las Vegas. Held in the elegant Longhorn Room, the event offered a full day of captivating seminars, culminating in the highly anticipated Awards Ceremony and Dinner that evening.
Attendees were treated to an unforgettable day of enriching discussions and expert presentations, featuring some of the industry's most acclaimed voices. Ambrosio teamed up with renowned feature film director and author Jamison LoCascio to deliver an inspiring seminar for those dreaming of adapting their books into films. Authors from Europe and the United States gathered to celebrate their literary achievements at the 8th Annual PenCraft Book Awards. The event featured a meet-and-greet breakfast and lunch, leading up to the centerpiece of the day—a vibrant and unforgettable Awards Dinner.
