Book Review of :  Fielder's Choice

fielder-s-choice.jpg From the moment you begin Fielder's Choice until the moment you finish you are engrossed in the story. A very compelling tale of baseball, integration, Vietnam and the 60's movements. The parallel between baseball and high school boys and the era they were living in was brilliantly done. Mark Hart's writing style invites you to sit with his book for hours. It is very easy to shut out what's going on around you and lose yourself to the story he is telling Fielder's Choice is a very good read for all ages. The era he writes about was a very important one in our country's history and he does a great job presenting it to you in story form. Excellent Read!!!
